This term, we’ll focus on the 1st and 2nd Shi Ba Shi Qigong sets and the 16 Posture Tai Chi Form. Suitable for those familiar with the 16 Posture Form who want to deepen their understanding. Great for those transitioning from the 8 Posture Form or returning after a break.
