Helen launched Mindful Body to amalgamate her years of experience as both a Tai Chi Instructor and Shiatsu Practitioner.

Helen has over 10 years teaching experience in a diverse range of settings. Her teaching style is slow paced and detailed, encouraging participants to quieten the mind and engage with the body in a positive way.

Helen qualified as a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor with Tai Chi Nation in 2008, having already gained several years teaching experience assisting in classes. She was also a director with Tai Chi Nation before taking a break to have her two children.

Helen Qualified as a Shiatsu Practitioner in 2008 after undertaking a 3 year training course with The Devon School of Shiatsu. She then continued her training for a further year to become a MRSS qualified practitioner. Since this time she has run a busy practice, enjoying the wide range of benefits Shiatsu brings to her clients. Helen has continued to develop her skills in Shiatsu and other complementary bodywork techniques.
