This lunchtime class is all about feeling good mentally and physically. We will learn and practice some revitalising Qigong, allowing time and space to tune into the breath and the deeper sensations of the body. We will sit and engage in a guided relaxation or sensing exercise, quietening the mind and releasing tension throughout the body. I will use my knowledge as a Shiatsu Practitioner to guide you through some simple exercises to help get your Chi flowing. My hope is that you will leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
