Service Description

This class is suited to those with some Tai Chi experience. We begin with a gentle warm-up, an opportunity to gently stretch and loosen the joints. We follow this with a simple Qigong routine, which encourages us to relax deeply and connect with our breath. Our focus for the second half of the class in the Tai Chi Form. We will ease back into our practice by working on the 16 Posture Form. The more experienced members of the group have the option to stay for an additional 15 minutes to work on the compact 24 posture form. Booking is essential and payment can be made on booking or at the class.
