Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Tuesday 6pm
Service Description
If you're looking for a welcoming, friendly beginners class then look no further. We'll start each class with some gentle warm-ups, specifically chosen to help you to grasp some of the basic principles of Tai Chi. You will then be guided through a simple Qigong routine. Qigong encourages good health by promoting the flow of our natural energy or Chi, it helps to connect us with our breath and allows us to relax deeply. For the 2nd half of the class I will be teaching the 8 Posture Tai Chi Form. This is a short and accessible beginners form (sequence of movements) which will allow you to begin to understand the fundamental principles of Tai Chi. Learning Tai Chi is a challenge, even for the most coordinated of us, but we aim to make your learning enjoyable and enriching. We will all be working within our own limitations without judgement or expectation. You will need to book to attend this session, payment can be made at time of booking or by cash, in person at the class. As there are only 3 sessions in April there will only be the weekly payment option of £8 a week. If you then decide to continue, you will have the option of monthly membership for £24 a month or you can continue to pay the weekly rate. The monthly membership can be paid by cash in class or by BACS.

If you book a Course or Monthly Class Pass, your payment is non refundable. To reschedule a class booking or Shiatsu treatment please give at least 24 hrs notice or a full fee will be charged. Thank you.
