Service Description

This option is for a 5 week block from January 15th until February 12th. This course is aimed at those with experience in the 8, 16, and 24 Posture Forms and both Shi Ba Shi Qigong sets. This term we will continue to practise these forms and start learning the Chinese (long) 24 Posture Form.
