You are booking 5 week block January 15th- February 12th This class is intended for those with experience in the 8, 16, and 24 Posture Forms and both Shi Ba Shi Qigong sets. We’ll deepen our understanding of these forms and explore their benefits. There’s potential to venture into the Chinese (long) 24 Posture Form as a group.
