Service Description

This friendly and welcoming class perfect for those with some Tai Chi experience. After a few warm-ups, we will start by looking at the Tai Chi Forms (8,16 and 24). We will particularly focus on the postures of the Compact 24 Posture Form this term. At 7pm we will be joined by the beginners Tai Chi class and we will share the Shi Ba Shi Qigong set with them.
