Service Description

This booking is for a 5 week block from 16th January - 13th February This class is for those with experience in the 8, 16, and 24 Posture Forms and both Shi Ba Shi Qigong sets. We’ll continue refining these forms and may venture into the Chinese (long) 24 Posture Form as a group.
