Service Description

This class is structured for complete beginners to grasp the basics of both Tai Chi and Qigong. We begin with a gentle warm-up, an opportunity to gently stretch and loosen the joints. We follow this with a simple Qigong routine, which encourages us to relax deeply and connect with our breath. Our focus for the second half of the class in the Tai Chi Form. This beginners class will be learning the 8 Posture Form which is a short and relatively accessible Tai Chi Form. Booking is essential and payment can be made on booking or at the start of the class.
